Yes. We work exclusively with professional buyers, including importers, furniture retailers (both online and physical stores), interior designers, and architects. We also support furnishing projects for hotels, restaurants, and commercial spaces — but always through a B2B framework. Please note: we do not sell directly to private individuals.

Can you help with shipping and logistics?

Yes. We can organize international shipping with reliable freight agents. All furniture is packed securely with high-protection materials.

Do you offer unique pieces or standard collections?

Both. We have curated collections and can also design custom furniture made to your specific needs.

What materials do you use?

We use solid wood: Sungkai, Indonesian Oak, and Mango wood. All wood is SVLK-certified and legally sourced in Indonesia.

What is your production capacity?

Our factory is professionally equipped with CNC machines, hydraulic presses, mortise & tenon joinery systems, and 5 drying kilns. All finishes are done by hand for a unique artisan result.

Do you provide marketing visuals?

Yes. We supply high-resolution photos and visuals adapted to your market, for online use or printed catalogs.

Do you offer private labeling?

Yes. We can provide custom branding or white-label options if needed.

Is quality control included?

Yes. Every order comes with a detailed quality control report. All furniture is covered by a manufacturing warranty.

What is the production lead time?

Standard lead time is around 75 days after order confirmation.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
